HEPSYCODE is a prototypal tool to improve the design time of embedded applications. It is based on a System-Level methodology for HW/SW CO-DEsign of HEterogeneous Parallel dedicated SYstems . The whole framework drives the designer from an Electronic System-Level (ESL) behavioral model, with related Non-Functional requirements, including real-time and mixed-criticality ones, to the final HW/SW implementation , considering specific HW technologies, scheduling policies and Inter-Process Communication mechanisms.
HEPSYCODE uses Eclipse MDE technologies, SystemC custom simulator implementation and an evolutionary genetic algorithm for partitioning activities, all integrated into an automatic framework that drives the designer from first input to the final solution.
This section lists tutorials presented in several conferences. The main presentation goals are focusing on the dissemination and the advertising of HEPSYCODE functionalities and design activities. The tutorial track contains theoretical aspects and practical exercises, with use case examples taken from various industrial and academic domains.
This section presents several reference documents regarding the HEPSYCODE project. The materials consider theoretical aspects, conference contributions not covered by proceedings (e.g., posters, presentations, booths), and academic documentation made within the University of L'Aquila academic degree curriculum (e.g., Master Thesis, Ph.D. Thesis, exam projects, and essay).
HEPSYCODE general aspects and project activities have been published in several papers.
